The website allows you to book a free valuation to a local high street agent and in tern potentially appoint the local high street estate agent to sell your property via online technology. This agreement between you and the agent is separate and we hold no responsibility for this. It’s also not our responsibility to chase or expect the agent to reply to the valuation and we again take no responsibility for the valuation being accepted.
